Sensory Community Garden Initiative

We will begin work towards the end of summer and seek volunteer assistance to help plant the segments of the sensory garden.

As part of this initiative, we will also host a summer box making workshop (bird and insect boxes) for local children, adolescents age 8-15 to distribute amongst the trees of the Exploratory Woodlands, and fitness bootcamps for 16 and overs (courtesy of Beth, Theo & Julie).

Please would you register interest in the workshops for your children on Saturday August 9th at 1pm, and for the fitness bootcamps (which will run the first four Saturdays in August starting August 2nd at 10am), and/or to volunteer to help clear space for the new Sensory areas via the form below or email cllr.lane@nunneyparishcouncil.com to help us gauge numbers.
